The Golan – Culinary Tours

Tour inspired by the developing culinary culture in the Golan Heights.

The tour starts in a cattle farm near Moshav Kanaf.

We’ll taste the local products: a variety of goats’ cheeses, breads, and other delicacies…

From there, we’ll go on to Lavender Farm, where tea and cookies await us. We’ll listen to the story of the farm while enjoying the breathtaking view.

Our next stop is the new and colorful Tamuz Winery in Moshav Natur. Mika, a very special woman who founded the winery together with her husband, will tell us all about it as we sip some Tamuz wine.

We’ll end our tour with an outstanding burger meal at Regev Farm in Maaleh Gamla. The farm has locally grown fruits and vegetables, a bakery, and a shop carrying a wide variety of Golan products.

• Length of tour: 4 hours
• The itinerary may change in accordance with the seasons
• Vegetarian food is available.
• Anyone can join open tours on Fridays by registering in advance (dates appear on our Facebook page and on the events calendar on the Golan Tourism website)
• Private tours can be arranged for groups – minimum 10 participants
• Transportation: private vehicles
