If you’re touring the southern Golan Heights, make sure to stop at Natur Dairy. The restaurant offers a delicious brunch featuring the dairy’s own hand-made cheeses, wines from Golan Heights wineries, excellent coffee, sourdough bread, jams, and other culinary delights. The menu, based on fresh, local ingredients, changes according to what’s in season. Chef-owner Karina and her staff provide a happy, lively atmosphere as well as outstanding food and friendly service.

Groups are welcome to book a tour in advance and hear the story of Cuban-born Karina and how the dairy was established.

The dairy is kosher, under the supervision of Rabbi Yishai Samuel, Golan Heights Rabbinate.
