“Valley of Tears”

The new movie tells the moving story of bravery of the IDF Armored 7^th Brigade in the Yom Kippur War of 1973. The presentation succeeds in reconstructing the crucial historic tank battle that took place in the nearby Valley of Tears. It does this by bringing the personal stories of Brigade Commander Yanush Ben-Gal, Battalion Commander Avigdor Kahalani, and other soldiers, along with animation and virtual simulation; the inspiring film tries to give viewers the feeling that they themselves are in the battle.

The movie is shown in HD with special sound effects, and is shown in the Kibbutz El-Rom movie theatre.

This is not just a movie; it’s a history lesson, the story of a historic battle, a view into the souls of the fighters, and an opportunity to learn from role models.
