We invite you to enjoy the authentic cowboy atmosphere of a chef-driven restaurant that specializes in quality meats.
Ever since it opened in 1989, the Bokrim Restaurant prides itself on its local and high-quality meats.
Located in scenic Kibbutz Merom Golan, the restaurant offers meat from the quality cattle herds of the northern Golan Heights; meats are smoked and aged on the spot. They also offer surprising desserts that are based on produce from the kibbutz orchards and field crops, all in close proximity.
Alongside the tasty dishes are, of course, local wines and beers, produced in wineries and breweries in the Golan. The restaurant overlooks the horseback riding ranch, and is located at the foot of a spectacular volcano (no worries, it’s dormant!) known as Mt. Bental.
